Customer Care Student (Global Chat Team) - Black Friday
Location: Zagreb (Hybrid)

This is the position for you if you have/are:
  • Excellent knowledge of English language in writing and speaking
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Able to handle interactions via chat exclusively
  • Able to cover all 4 shifts (8 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 8 PM, 8 PM - 2 AM, 2 AM - 8 AM)
  • Ability to come to the office for the entire duration of the training (training is planned for the beginning of October)


What we will need from you:
  • Provide a highly professional consumer experience by collaborating with customers via Live chat
  • Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and tactful manner while providing clients with accurate, timely, and professional answers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
  • Establish a customer relationship with consumers
  • Use customer feedback and communicate with other teams to create better customer service
  • Proactive sales approach in every interaction with consumers to discover new sales opportunities
  • Receive orders from B2C platforms and coordinate order status, dispatch date, product availability, and communication with customers when needed
  • All other activities according to the Supervisor's request on behalf of job position requirements


Working hours: Working hours: In shifts (8 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 8 PM, 8 PM - 2 AM, 2 AM - 8 AM), afternoon, evening, and night shifts occasionally from the office
Working days: Monday-Sunday (start: the beginning of October) - working days depend on students' availability
Salary: 5.25€ per hour (increased for night shifts, state holidays, and Sundays)
