Deegloo d.o.o.

In Deegloo and Digital Poirots, we love students. They are a true part of our team and are treated as such. They work on real projects and can expect full support and mentorship from the start.

We know how much experience means, so that's why we engage students in all aspects of our projects. Nothing compares to hands-on experience; the only way to learn is to slowly work your way up. From frontend developers to backend developers, data scientists, and data engineers, we have a spot for everyone, depending on their preferences.

To not deliver only empty promises, we can proudly say that two of our students that graduated last year, stayed in the company as full-time employees. Apparently, they liked it here. 😄

Our office atmosphere is constructed in a way that everyone feels included and validated. From team coffee breaks and lunch to events and team building, we can proudly say that we do care to make everyone feel comfortable and almost at home.

But, let’s see what our current students have to say about why they like their work.

👨🏻‍💻 Tomislav, Frontend Developer

The thing I like the most about my job is solving coding problems where every problem is unique.
Opportunities to learn new things every day, whether it’s from your ticket or from your colleagues, are what makes this job so interesting.
There are always tough times when problems seem unsolvable and that’s where having an amazing team that is always willing to help if you are stuck on a problem comes into play.

👨🏻‍💻 Jakov, Backend Developer

As a back-end engineer, I have the opportunity to work on the infrastructure that powers applications and websites. I get to develop and maintain servers, databases, and other systems that handle the behind-the-scenes processing for applications.
This line of work allows you to use your problem-solving skills to design and build scalable and efficient systems. It is also always rewarding to see the direct impact your work has on the functionality and performance of the end product.
