Welcome to “Demo” hangouts and talks! In this short first episode (part 1.), meet Ivan, our Backend Developer. Matea, our HR Manager, decided to have a quick chat with him, and share a few laughs. And yes, they decided to wave to their colleagues like they were on TV. Because who doesn't do that when they appear in front of cameras!?

Ivan has been with us for a long time and is a hard-core Backend Development fan.

Q: What advice would you give to someone entering this field? (Become someone’s sensei with this one! 🧘🏻)

I: The best way to learn is the method of trial and error, but it also takes a lot of time and nerves sometimes. That is why I suggest finding an older colleague, a senior who is approachable and squeezing him like a sponge for knowledge.

Q: If you can compare your job/work to one movie or show, what would it be? (A leading or supportive role, it doesn’t matter. You’re the star of our show! 🫶⭐)

I: Matrix and I am a young and foolish Neo.

Q: If you can choose one song to go along with your job or which would make you be really in the zone while working, what would it be? (You can hum it or sign it while you’re answering, we won’t tell anyone. 🎤 🎶😉)
