Junior developer position implies:
development and implementation of a predefined and specified tasks
executing tasks according to instructions and defined processes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A keen interest in developing and growing Salesforce knowledge
Some experience in one of the following technologies: Java, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Databases
Prior knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex programming and experience in CRM development is not a requirement but an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical field (FER, PMF, FOI, FESB) OR relevant programming experience
