OPIS POZICIJE Asseco SEE is a worldwide recognized SW vendor in the Banking and Payment market. Following market demands, we are constantly enhancing our product and service portfolio. We are onboarding a new SQA Application Tester to our agile Mobile Delivery team. Why is the job exciting? As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer you will: Work in a young and dynamic team that focuses on successful realization of mobile banking applications with high level of quality and customer satisfaction Work with one of the biggest banking groups in Europe Work in an extremely friendly team, always willing to lend a helping-hand Main Accountabilities: Collaboration with Software Engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual testing Writing and executing manual test cases across iOS, Android and web platforms to ensure delivery of high-quality product releases Identifying and reporting bugs to technical and non-technical colleagues for software quality improvement Validating bug fixes Analyzing product documentation and design screens to ensure that new features have been implemented according to requirements We are looking for someone who has: *Technical Skills* Bachelor or Master Degree student in Computer science, Information Technologies or related field Interest in Mobile&Web development area, with an emphasis on QA Native or bilingual Croatian, advanced level of English language Experience with JIRA and Confluence *Skills and Competencies* Attention to detail and accuracy Solid analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems Ability to work as a member of a team that may include remote peers Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and results driven individual Strong orientation towards customers, focus on identifying and exceeding their needs Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with IT colleagues as well as non-technical users What do we offer: Flexible working hours Remote work options Opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills Mentorship program Possibility of employment after graduation Team building events Refreshments in the office PRIJAVI SE
