Your main tasks💲

• Provide essential support throughout the rewards order process—from placing orders and logging data to coordinating deliveries and managing user inquiries.

• Oversee all aspects of user management, including verifying user statuses and implementing updates.

• Support digital marketing initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for both customers and field staff.

• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

• Student of final 2 years (or apsolvent) of college in the field of digital marketing
• Active university student status
• Interest in digital marketing activities
• Experience is a “plus”, but not a “must”
• Dynamic, proactive personality, eager to learn and develop

• Outstanding communication skills in English and Croatian language
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong drive for results
