You won’t be joining a team of 50 engineers. You’ll be sitting next to the founder, learning how real products get built, shipped, and sold. Every week looks different. That’s the point.

The Role
This is a hands-on, high-growth position for someone early in their career who wants to learn by doing - a lot of doing. You will work directly with the founder across multiple active projects, contributing concrete features to real products from day one.
You’ll operate across the full stack mostly using React, React Native, NestJS and using Typescript. You’ll also learn how to talk to stakeholders, translate requirements into working software, manage competing priorities.

AI isn’t a buzzword here - it’s how we work. Cursor should already be your go-to IDE, and you will leverage AI to handle all non-dev processes that come your way. Claude will be your daily multiplier, and you’ll also get to build AI-powered features into the products themselves.

What You’ll Do
• Build and ship features across multiple products in parallel, working in React, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Use AI-powered development tools as a core part of your daily workflow to move and learn faster.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features into products (from interactive chat to actual agentic interactions & workflows).
• Work directly with the founder to understand product vision, break down requirements, and turn ideas into deployable code.
• Communicate with stakeholders and occasionally clients to gather feedback, clarify scope, and demo progress.
• Manage your own workload across several projects at once, learning to prioritize and context-switch effectively.
• Iterate rapidly - prototype, test, break things, learn, and ship improved versions quickly.
• Deploy and maintain applications, gaining hands-on experience with real production environments.
Who You Are
• A student, recent graduate, or early-career developer (0–2 years of experience) with a strong drive to learn.
• You are not expected to know everything, but you are expected to know about your own shortcomings.
• Comfortable with TypeScript and have at least some exposure to React or Node.js.
• Excited about AI - both as a tool to amplify your own productivity and as a technology to build with.
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity. You don’t need a detailed spec to get started - you ask the right questions and help us build the correct spec.
• A fast learner who doesn’t fear failure. You understand that breaking things is part of building things.
• Able to juggle multiple projects without losing focus.
• A clear communicator who is comfortable talking with both technical and non-technical people.
• Self-motivated, curious, and genuinely interested in how software products create business value.

What You’ll Learn
This isn’t a role where you’ll be siloed into one codebase for a year. You’ll gain broad, practical experience that most junior engineers don’t get until much later in their careers:
• Full-stack product development from zero to production.
• Handling problems in production, and generally being exposed to what this environment brings on the day-to-day.
• How to leverage AI tools to 10x your development speed and capability.
• Product thinking - understanding why something gets built, not just how.
• Stakeholder management, client communication, and requirements gathering.
• Working under real constraints: limited time, competing priorities, and imperfect information.
• How a founder thinks about building, shipping, and growing software products.
