About you

CloudSense is looking for a Technical Writer to be a key member of the Enablement team. They will be working in a team responsible for authoring, proofreading, editing, maintaining and publishing CloudSense product and related documentation according to the Platform & Enablement documentation plan and as directed by the Documentation Manager. A successful candidate will be keen to learn new skills and technologies, will collaborate effectively and be a team player.

Your Responsibilities

• Learning and developing through Salesforce and CloudSense training and certification programmes.
• Proofreading and editing documentation authored by CloudSense R&D and Platform & Enablement staff.
• Editing, identifying gaps in content, providing constructive feedback for documentation authored by non-writer contributors.
• Authoring CloudSense product documentation and related materials such as user guides, technical references, tutorials, getting started guides etc.
• Ensuring that CloudSense documentation standards are observed and implemented for documents written by themselves and others.
• Building and maintaining technical and functional competence in all tools and platforms used in CloudSense for authoring, generating, managing and publishing CloudSense documentation.
• Building and maintaining competence in CloudSense product functionality, including technical aspects, as prioritised by the Documentation Manager.
• Working with multiple teams and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Transforming, communicating and delivering complex technical information in a way that is useful for its target audience.
