We are looking for an Junior Sales Manager / ERP Sales Consultant to join our team in Zagreb. In this role, you will promote and sell the PANTHEON ERP solution to B2B clients and manage the complete sales process - from identifying opportunities to closing deals.

📜 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing B2B clients
• Manage the full ERP sales cycle, including presentations, offers, negotiations, and closing
• Present ERP solutions and advise clients on the best-fit modules and functionalities
• Analyze client business processes and understand their digitalization needs
• Collaborate with ERP consultants and technical teams during sales and implementation
• Maintain sales activities in CRM and follow market trends

✅ Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably ERP or business software solutions
• Understanding of business processes and ability to identify customer needs
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Good understanding of IT solutions and willingness to work with clients on-site
