SAP ABAP Developer (m/f/d) (Mid pozicija)

OPIS POZICIJE
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Design, customise and maintain UC4G objects in ABAP OO / RAP 🖥️
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, including unit and integration tests (continuous delivery)
  • Run the solution in a DevOps model (monitoring, incident analysis, performance tuning)
  • Integrate with adjacent systems (IDoc, OData, SAP CPI)
  • Shape the Clean-Core architecture and enforce Clean ABAP coding standards
  • Provide technical and methodological guidance to new team members; potential to advance into a people-lead role
  • Work closely with German product owners and business stakeholders


Qualifications:
Must have:
  • 5+ years of ABAP development experience, ideally including S/4HANA 🖥️
  • Proficient in ABAP OO, CDS views, REST / OData services
  • Familiar with Git-based workflows, ABAP Unit testing and automated deployments
  • Excellent English (C1)🗣️
  • Strong analytical mindset, DevOps mentality and high sense of ownership


Nice to have:
  • Industry experience in the energy / utilities sector (IS-U, IDEX, EDM, GPKE, MaBiS) 🎯
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, Docker / Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code
  • Initial leadership experience or clear ambition to lead a growing team
  • German B2 level or higher 🗣️
