Who are we?

Farseer is a Croatian company based in Zagreb. We are the team behind Farseer - an innovative no-code platform for financial modeling, planning, and analytics. We're listed in the 3rd Gen FP&A Software Guide as one of the top 15 FP&A solutions in the world (look it up). Our vision is to make Farseer the only app enterprise businesses need.

So far we have won several startup competitions, got an investment to develop the product further, and landed some seriously big companies in the SEE region as our clients. More importantly, we are helping our international clients escape Excel hell and focus on growing their businesses. Our company is officially based in the US, but the team is working mostly locally from Zagreb. 🌍

• Hourly rate 8-12 EUR (Net)

Engineers on the team today

• Work on developing and maintaining the Farseer backend services
• Work in TypeScript
• Make sure their code is fast since we often handle a lot of data
• Deploy the app on Google Cloud using Kubernetes
• We enjoy being a generalist and not tied down to a specific programming language
• Are happy to help and support other team members in the frontend, data science, even with customer support and sales

Skills & Experience

• A fundamental understanding of web backend services, databases, HTTP APIs
• Some experience with Node.js, Typescript, Javascript, or something similar
• Eager to learn new things
