What you’ll be doing

As a Student Support & Product Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between our users and our product team. Your job is to make sure users are happy, supported, and heard. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Helping users via chat and email: answering questions, solving issues, and being their go-to person.
• Spotting patterns: noticing recurring user problems and feeding that info back to the product team.
• Testing features: trying out new stuff before it goes live, helping us squash bugs and improve UX.
• Writing clear instructions and documenting FAQs so users don’t have to guess.

• Students with solid English skills (written and spoken).
• Clear communicators with a user-first mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented people who like solving problems.
• Team players who can also work independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
