At Fil Rouge Capital, we invest in the boldest startups shaping the future of AI — and we’re joining the revolution ourselves.

Now we’re looking for an AI Operations Intern to help us bring intelligence, automation, and creativity into everything we do.

What you’ll do
  • Explore our internal data sources and uncover opportunities for smarter, data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and implement AI tools that improve workflows, automate reporting, and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our investment team to integrate AI into how we discover, evaluate, and support startups.
  • Experiment, test, and bring your own ideas to life — we love people who build, not just suggest.


What we offer
  • Flexible work schedule (~25h/week), tailored to your study obligations.
  • Monthly pay: €700. 
  • Mentorship from top professionals in venture capital and AI — but expect to learn by doing, not by watching.
