Customer Care Assistant
Location: hybrid, Zagreb (in Office)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a highly professional consumer experience by collaborating with consumers through various communication channels
• Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and tactful manner while providing clients with accurate, timely and professional answers
• Resolve consumer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
• Establish a customer relationship with consumers
• Use customer feedback and communicate with other teams to create better customer service
• Proactive sales approach in every interaction with consumers to discover new sales opportunities
• Receive orders from B2C platforms and coordinate order status, dispatch date, product availability and communication with customers when needed
• Communicate effectively with the logistics department regarding order status
• Support the sales team in their day-to-day operations and seeking new sales opportunities
• Participate in marketing campaigns, track leads, and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities
• All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements

This is the position for you if you have/are:

• qualifications: a minimum high school degree
• experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities is a plus 
• excellent communication skills 
• excellent english in writing and speaking, 
• experience in customer care and Customer Care processes will be considered a plus
• flexibility
• ability to cover at least 5 shifts per week (6 hours shift)
• ability to work in weekend and afternoon/night shifts
