REQUIREMENTS qualifications: a minimum high school degree

working experience: up to 1 year of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities

Excellent communication skills

Excellent english in writing and speaking

Experience in customer care and Customer Care processes will be considered a plus

Excellent French  in writing and speaking (C1 and above)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a highly professional consumer experience by collaborating with consumers through various communication channels
Solve customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and tactful manner while providing clients with accurate, timely and professional answers
Resolve consumer issues and complaints by identifying the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution
Establish a customer relationship with consumers
Use customer feedback and communicate with other teams to create better customer service
Proactive sales approach in every interaction with consumers to discover new sales opportunities
Receive orders from B2C platforms and coordinate order status, dispatch date, product availability and communication with customers when needed
Communicate effectively with the logistics department regarding order status
Support the sales team in their day-to-day operations and seeking new sales opportunities
Participate in marketing campaigns, track leads, and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities
All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
