REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Excellent professional and soft skills
• Analytical thinking - well-identifying cause and effects, breakdown the problem into small pieces
• Successful in simplifying complexity, able to develop solutions for complex problems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up, monitoring, and managing always-on campaigns by defined procedures and criteria
• Make sure the performance is tracked, discover the differences in performance, and compare it with defined KPIs 
• Collect and process campaign data and create post-performance reports to show the key insights and learnings
• Work in an environment where the same performance metrics cannot be applied, but still come up with valuable insights and suggest optimization actions
• Research opportunities for scaling the investments
• Research keywords and competitors on marketplaces
• Research and present new features/tools/opportunities related to the scope of work
• Collect and organize creative assets
• Other activities related to campaigns administration and data entry
• All other activities according to Supervisor requests on behalf of job position requirements
