Stock Planning Assistant
Location: Radnička Cesta 202, Zagreb, Croatia

REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic experience or internship in inventory management or logistics may be an advantage
  • Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (emphasis on Excel)
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Basic communication skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Ability to solve problems and provide solutions in inventory management
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of quantities reflected in the system.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks, reconciling discrepancies between system data and physical inventory.
  • Assisting in ordering materials and supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Preparing detailed reports for supervisors or other departments, highlighting inventory issues and suggesting potential solutions.
  • Assisting colleagues in the inventory planning department with various administrative tasks.
  • Communicating with other departments regarding inventory availability.
  • Entering and editing inventory data in the internal ERP system.
  • Performing other activities as required by the supervisor, in accordance with job requirements.
