E-Commerce Student - Marketplaces

We are seeking an E-commerce Student to join our Marketplaces team and assist in managing various online Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok) where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing product listings, analysing customer behaviour, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance the overall online shopping experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep track and update monthly marketing calendars.
• Maintain the marketing and launch calendars for each retailer site in line with the marketcommunication strategy and calendar; send correspondence with updates to retailers orinternal teams.
• Ensure monitoring, measurement, and reporting of all marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure all brand and product pages align with brand expectations and standards.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers via various channels (email, chat) to address their requests, inquiries,and concerns.
• Order & Returns processing - Entering orders into our order management system.
• Monitor sales results across all channels and maintain standards of product merchandising online, including copy, imagery, and usage.
• Support the business development team in identifying new online sales channels and finding new opportunities for online business growth, making sure that the brand presence and product pages on retail.com sites are consistent and at the highest level
• Cooperation with the business development team to improve customer attraction andretention.
• All other activities according to the Supervisor's request on behalf of job position

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Well-developed professional and soft skills
• Excellent in English
• Very good analytical skills
• Excel / Google Sheets intermediate skills
