Black Friday is one of the busiest and most exciting periods of the year, and we’re looking for Customer Care Students to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers worldwide.

If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced international environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience while working with a global team.

We are hiring students for two Customer Care teams: Email and Chat. 
Two teams - you choose your fit!

📧 EMAIL TEAM

Our Email Team supports customers Monday to Friday, within the following working-time window:

08:00–16:00

• 6-8 hours shifts scheduled within this time frame
• Mainly office-based position in Zagreb
• Remote work may be possible in certain cases based on individual performance and business needs
• No weekend or night shifts
• A great option if you prefer a predictable weekday schedule
• Ideal for students in their final years of university

💬 CHAT TEAM

Our Chat Team provides customer support 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Students work 6-hour rotational shifts:

• 08:00–14:00
• 14:00–20:00
• 20:00–02:00
• 02:00–08:00

Shifts are rotational and organized according to students’ availability, with the aim of creating a schedule that works for both the student and the team.

• Opportunity to work remotely after completing the required training
• Flexibility to work different shifts depending on your availability

All legally applicable salary increases are paid accordingly, including additional compensation for night shifts, Sundays, and state holidays.

🛠️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Regardless of the team you join, you will:

• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience via email or live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in an accurate and timely manner
• Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions
• Assist customers with product, order, delivery, and other inquiries
• Process and follow up on B2C orders when needed
• Build positive relationships with customers through every interaction
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues (email team)
• Identify sales opportunities and proactively support customers in finding the right products
• Perform other customer-care-related tasks as required

🔎 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Active student status
• Availability to work during the Black Friday & Holidays period (possibility to stay longer may be possible in certain cases based on individual performance and business needs)
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and a professional approach
• Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
