Junior E-commerce Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in filling and updating content on product and landing pages
• Quality control of product and landing pages
• Identifying and reporting errors or irregularities
• Monitoring product availability (activation/deactivation)
• Administration of promotional coupons and discounts
• Updating creative elements on the website
• Updating prices and product descriptions according to the supervisor’s instructions
• Managing product labels/tags
• Setting up promotional banners and campaigns on the website
• Entering invoices related to the website into the internal system
• Coordinating with the team regarding product information
• Coordinating with the project manager
• Administrative support during new product launches
• Performing other operational tasks according to the supervisor's instructions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with any Content Management System (CMS) or CRM is an advantage
• Work from the office
