The role exists to help organize influencer partnerships in the German market. Since we do everything in house this job's purpose is to handle relationships with agents and influencers and organize different types of campaigns throughout the year. This contributes to organization by spreading awareness about the brand and by driving sales on our website through Paid activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selecting suitable influencers for different activations and campaigns
• Managing paid influencer collaborations end-to-end (selection, negotiation, content approval, invoicing, reporting)
• Managing earned and seeding collaborations from start to finish
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and influencers in the German market
• Identifying new and creative ways to work with influencers
• Supporting selected talent events through product seeding (e.g. goodie bags)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of PR activities
• Excellent in English in writing and speaking
• Knowledge of German language is considered as a big plus but not mandatory
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
