This is waiting for you
  • You are primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting for our Scrum teams and are responsible for the entire recruiting cycle (from job posting and active sourcing to coordination and participation in interviews) - but focus is on active sourcing.
  • You will advise our executives in the Tech department on all questions relating to personnel recruitment
  • You fill our talent pipeline in order to attract the best candidates for us in the long term
  • You will identify new channels and develop innovative strategies for addressing and attracting talent
  • You accompany the applicants through the entire process and ensure a first-class candidate experience through to onboarding
  • You act as the first touchpoint to the applicants as an ambassador of our open and team-oriented corporate culture within the Tech Community


That is what sets you apart
  • You have a completed faculty degree or still studying with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
  • You have experience in active sourcing for technical positions and in full-cycle recruitment of tech talents
  • You are strong in communication, have a good feel for internal and external exchange at eye level and are experienced in conducting professional interviews, by telephone or video call, both in Croatian and in English
  • You are enthusiastic about recruiting topics and you are confident in dealing with social media and tech platforms
  • You bring your own ideas and keep an eye on new recruiting trends
  • You work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
  • Your willingness to work and resilience meet assertiveness and the will to create
  • Ideally, you have experience with the Talentlyft and Linkedin Recruiter applicant management system
