OPIS POZICIJE
Who are we

Operations people at Infinum have an interesting place in the organization. We’re here to make sure things go as smoothly as possible by analyzing and improving various processes and metrics across Infinum.
The Operations team is led by our COO and currently has three members, who are in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations, talent allocation, utilization of people, and coordination of various efforts across the organization. We work closely with the project managers, Management, Business Development & Human Resources departments.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience

  • full-time employees or students of economics, informatics, or a similar field who are able to work at least 30 hours a week
  • good understanding of IT
  • good understanding of how companies work
  • highly motivated, responsible, and reliable person
  • excellent command of written and spoken English and Croatian
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
  • ability to think on your feet
  • positive attitude toward work and new challenges
  • independent and goal-driven personality
  • a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • pragmatic problem solving and out-of-the-box analytical thinking
  • you are comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • having a driver’s license will be considered an advantage


Your responsibilities

  • being a personal assistant to the COO
  • assisting with the day-to-day activities of the Operations team
  • assisting in the preparation of various documentation (e.g., presentations, quotes)
  • following up and keeping track of deadlines for the tasks that you manage
  • researching and generating reports on various topics
  • organizing meetings
  • taking notes at meetings and keeping track of meeting minutes
  • dealing with correspondence (e-mail)
  • keeping track of various company metrics
  • analyzing and improving company processes
