Qualifications & Experience

• knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, their algorithms, and best practices
• experience with shooting and editing photos/videos for social media using a smartphone
• familiarity with tools for mobile content creation/photo and video editing
• passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging technologies
• strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
• familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
• excellent command of English and Croatian, both written and spoken
• student status is a requirement

Your responsibilities

• collaborating with the marketing team in our Zagreb office to create and publish social media content
• recording and editing social media content using a smartphone
• being the voice of the Infinum brand on social media, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms and campaigns
• identifying opportunities for engagement, growth, and brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
• coordinating Infinum’s social media presence, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with our online communities
• research competitors, industry trends, and market needs to stay ahead and help deliver content that drives engagement and conversions
