A decade ago, we launched the region's first engineering academy. 13 courses and 600+ graduates later, we've revamped the program to start the Forward Deployed Engineering Academy for students who want to become the engineer AI can’t replace.

A Forward Deployed Engineer has the technical range to work across teams and the business understanding to solve a client's actual problem, not just build what they asked for. It takes years to get there, but our Academy is a meaningful first step led by our experienced mentors.

What you'll do

• Rotate through frontend, backend, and design – the range that lets you work across a whole delivery team.
• Work with dedicated mentors from onboarding through real project work.
• Go through our AI-native curriculum alongside your project work to learn how to build with agentic coding tools, evaluate model output, and ship quality AI features.

Who we're looking for
Students in technical fields (2nd year and up) who communicate well and think practically. Existing experience matters less to us than strong fundamentals, confidence stepping into the unknown, and a genuine drive to grow.
