Our team is a mix between an agency and a growth team. We set up, optimize, and scale campaigns while continuously learning from data and client results. Through your work, you’ll also contribute to improving our own product and shaping the future of data-driven marketing.

We’re currently expanding our team and hiring multiple Performance Marketing Managers to help us support our growing number of clients and continue raising the bar in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities🗝️

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising channels for e-commerce brands
• Work directly with clients through weekly or bi-weekly calls to share insights and growth recommendations
• Analyze performance data using Lebesgue’s analytics platform and identify opportunities for scaling results
• Collaborate closely with the team to share learnings and improve internal processes
• Contribute feedback and ideas to help evolve our marketing automation product

We’re Looking For Someone Who🎯

• Has hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
• Communicates clearly and confidently with excellent written and spoken English
• Can deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal teams, translating data into actionable insights
• Brings a forward-thinking mindset, proactively identifying ways to improve processes, workflows, and client experiences
• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable results
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone learns, shares, and grows together
• (Nice to have) Experience working in an agency environment or with e-commerce brands, understanding funnels, key metrics, and growth strategies
