• Responding to customers' inquiries in English - via email or via Live chat
• Clients may do a warranty claims and you'll serve them really quickly, also via email or live chat! Easy peasy, we'll teach you everything in 3 weeks tops 📚
• Verifying and approving/canceling online orders
• Editing orders according to requests - if a customer or distributor need something changed, you do that for them ❤️
• Verifying the data synchronization between the digital content management platform and the operating system
• Creating orders ☝️ they order, you create 🛎️ simple as that
