• Technical Exposure: work hands-on with incident management, root cause analysis, and service operations, gaining insight into how technology supports business continuity and performance. 

Who We're Looking For🔎
If the description below sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or are expected to graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, and are available to work full-time. 
• You’re fluent in English and Croatian.
• You bring international experience, either through study, internships, or collaboration in a global environment. 
• You enjoy solving technical challenges, working on incident management, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve systems and reliability.
• You have the legal right to work in Croatia (e.g., visa, residency).
