As part of our Advanced Analytics and AI team, you'll tackle real-world challenges from the automotive industry. This involves working on vehicle data, including production fleet, battery systems, autonomous driving and drive system components within Energy, Drive and FAS/HAF domains.

Who are we looking for? 

Qualifications & Experience 

• final years of computer science, mathematics, physics (or related fields) studies 
• understanding of statistics, data analytics, and IT  
• knowledge of Python, SQL, and data processing   
• understanding of big data technologies (ML Workspace), Spark, and Apache Big Data stack  
• understanding of visualizing data using visual analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, Qlik) 
• excellent command of written and spoken English 
• excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills 

Your responsibilities

• communicating predictions and findings through effective data visualizations and reports 
• working on exciting projects with a German car manufacturer 
• gaining customer behavior insights from real data from a car 
• finding patterns and relationships in data 
• using real-time analytics 
• solving optimization problems 
• approaching high-level challenges with a clear eye on what is important 
• detailing your techniques and discoveries to technical and non-technical audiences in a language they can understand 
• generating interesting research questions that will enhance our understanding of the matter at hand 
• using statistical methods and mathematical models to prepare data for use in prediction and interpretation 
• efficiently managing your time and resources to meet project deadlines 
• collaborating with project members with different backgrounds on a daily basis 
• proactively communicating with other team members and project stakeholders
