💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Write and post job ads for internal roles and external client positions
• Contact conadidates on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Source candidates from other sources
• Search, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Help coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Learn and use modern tools (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)
• Communicate with internal hiring managers and external clients
• Help build a recruitment service offering for EU-based clients

✅ What We’re Looking For
Student (3rd+ year) – psychology, HR, business, or engineering

• Well-organized, independent, and proactive
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable reaching out to people and managing follow-ups
• Curious about recruitment and technical industries
