THE CEO NEEDS A RIGHT HAND

This is not a coffee-run internship. You will work directly with the founder and CEO, run his calendar and travel, sit close to how the business is actually run, and take real ownership from week one. On top of that, you will keep the Zagreb office running so the engineering team can focus on projects.
Prove you can handle this, and the role grows with you. People at TerraWatt who take ownership end up owning bigger pieces of the company. That is how we work.

A TYPICAL WEEK
Monday you rebuild the CEO's week around two client calls and a site visit. Tuesday you screen candidates for an engineering role and line up interviews. Wednesday you chase three missing travel receipts, close the month with accounting and get a new hire's laptop set up before they walk in. Thursday you prepare a trade fair pack. Friday you fix whatever broke. No two weeks are the same.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run the CEO's calendar, travel and priorities, and keep him where he needs to be
• Prepare materials for client meetings, offers and trade fairs
• Handle CEO correspondence and follow-ups, so nothing gets lost
• Support recruitment: screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with applicants
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires: equipment, access, paperwork
• Coordinate with accounting: invoices, travel expenses, vendor payments
• Keep the Zagreb office running day to day: vendors, supplies, deliveries
• Own small projects end to end, from team offsites to rolling out new tools

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Final-year student or recent graduate, any field
• Fluent Croatian and English, written and spoken
• Strong communicator, outgoing, confident on the phone and in person
• Takes initiative: you see what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be asked
• Organized: nothing slips through the cracks, even with ten things in the air
• Discreet: you will see financials and personnel matters and treat them accordingly
• Comfortable picking up new software quickly
• No prior EA or office management experience needed. We will teach you the job. We cannot teach ownership.

WHAT GROWTH LOOKS LIKE

• Year one: you run the CEO's day and the office, and you know how every part of the business fits together.
• Then: you take over pieces that need an owner. Recruitment end-to-end, tooling and processes, office and back-office operations, project support, etc.
• Then: a bigger role we shape around you. Where it lands depends on your competence, your work ethic and where your interests pull you. We would rather grow people than hire them externally.

WHAT WE OFFER
