As we continue to grow, we want to make sure we're providing top-notch service to our customers, courier partners and venues. That's why we're on the constant lookout for a Support Associate to join our team in Zagreb or Split.

Every day in our support team is unique and unpredictable. To thrive in this role, it is essential to prioritize the needs of our customers, foster strong relationships with our merchants, and courier partners, with the approach of humility rather than ego-driven motives. We're looking for folks who go above and beyond and take ownership of their work.

And, what will you be doing? 💪

Well, you'll be handling customer, venue and courier support alongside the team in shifts. You'll be interacting with our courier partners, customers, and merchants, both in spoken and written Croatian and English, and adapting your tone to fit your audience. To ensure high quality communication, it is essential to prioritize friendliness, understanding, and empathy.

We're all about creating an out-of-this-world experience for our customers, so being customer-obsessed is crucial. It's not just about fixing problems but providing the complete Wolt experience.
And here's a fun twist: we're not afraid to bring some playfulness to our interactions, so a dash of creativity is essential when communicating with our customers. In addition, you will become a pro at managing multiple interactions simultaneously while effortlessly prioritizing them.

Now, let's talk qualifications. ✨

If you're obsessed with customer care, you are emphatic and have some serious multitasking powers, we'd love to hear from you!
Ideally, you have experience in customer support or customer service, however, it’s not mandatory. Being tech-savvy and a quick learner is a huge plus.

Since it's a shift-based role, you'll need to be available for at least 4 morning or afternoon shifts in a week since we're open from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m.
